Aleksandra E. Fremderman
Since 2007, Aleksandra E. Fremderman has provided legal assistance with the real estate sales. Being a real estate broker prior to embarking onto her legal career, Aleksandra knows the intricacies and hardships of selling one's home and will ensure a smooth transition.
In Illinois, many transactions are short sales. “Short Sale” is an alternative option to bankruptcy or foreclosure when an owner can no longer afford to keep mortgage payments current. We are sensitive to the hardships of our clients, advising them throughout the process of the short sale and helping them to preserve their credit history. We take charge by contacting lenders on behalf of our clients, seeking approvals to sell a property below the loan amount owed at a fair market price to avoid foreclosure. Short Sale offers several advantages to both the borrower and the lender. The principal advantage to the borrower is that it releases him or her from most or all the personal indebtedness associated with the defaulted loan. Another benefit to the borrower is that it hurts their credit less than a foreclosure does. Advantages to the lender include a reduction in the time and cost of repossession.

Jack Amberg
I graduated from high school in 1981 in Lakewood Co. I went on to USC to play football and got mixed up in drugs, sex, and rock and roll and dropped out. I worked as a Teamster during the day, coached high school football in the afternoon and bounced in a bar at night. My dad caught up with me and kicked me out. I enlisted in the US Army and went to Ft Knox for basic training. I was not good enough to be enlisted, so they sent me to West Point where I graduated in 1988. I retired from the US Army in 2008 and joined the Robert R McCormick Foundation where, with a team of folks, I was part of raising $18,000,000 for Veterans. I was recruited to the Federal Savings Bank in April of 2012 and then USA Mortgage in May of 2019. I am honored to be asked to be part of the largest purchase people make in their lives.
